Kota-Kota Resort The Kota-Kota game park is especially notable for being a private game reserve with the highest number of elephants in Africa. The existing lodge consists of 12 suites accommodating 24 guests at a time and a large restaurant catering for as many as 100 clients. The lodge also boasts two swimming pools, a “boma” (kitchen garden), 3 bars, a reading room and a conference room. There is a children’s play area supervised by fully trained nannies, a state-of-the-art health center with gym, all enveloped by a spectacular tropical garden. The lodge is built in a unique architectural style – a happy blending of traditional African and medieval European techniques. Both this development and the existence of fossil forest trees in the area have prompted the Zambian government to declare Kota-Kota a National Heritage Monument. The area is not set aside for nature conservation purposes and hunting will be allowed on the premises. A 120 bedroom hotel with 60 share title units will be managed by international tour operators. The restaurant will be available and open to all visitors. The self catering units are available for families, corporate function bookings and customers seeking a bit more privacy. A conference centre, health spa, golf course, sport activities etc is available to ensure you have a marvelous stay! 120 African villas are exclusively constructed according to the client’s preference. Three architectural building plans will be provided; bedroom preference from 3 to 15 to choose from. Baviaanskloof Resort The Baviaanskloof Resort is ideally situated on one of the main tourism routes in South Africa, the Garden Route. The game farm consist out of 45 000 acres. The area is set aside for nature conservation purposes and no hunting or camping will be allowed on the premises.
