Each villa is allocated a certain amount of game for hunting
Hunting is done in a very organised fashion
Even if you don't hunt. We have game auctions every four years.
Your allocated game is sold on an auctions every four years

Investments
In April 2009 Early Works PTY released 100000 shares to the public which is 20% of the PTY constituency and we had a tremendous response from the public.
Shares was calculated by our financial team at R200 per share.
Since our release of shares the price has risen to R333.33 which was a 16% increase of the share price.
Shares are sold in blocks of 100 and 15% return on investment per year is payable in February
If more that one block is purchase a 10% discount is calculated on each block
Our investments is handled by PSG consultants and Absa Bank
Shares certificates is issued by the registrar and is fully transferable .
Wildestate keep the right for the purchase of any shares with profit from any shareholder
Any additional 30% shares is available for a partnership provided that the board of directors is in agreement
